Our cotton clothing have a relaxed fit. Perfect for layering or styling with ease.

Pants have a mid-high rise and are tailored to flatter. Choose your regular size.

If you’re between sizes, we suggest our customers sizing up for an oversized look and down for a slimmer fit.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the MENA region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. We are working on expanding our reach. Follow us on Instagram for updates.

How much does shipping cost?


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Orders over a certain value may qualify for complimentary shipping. This will be clearly indicated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship from our fulfillment partners within 2 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery times vary by country, typically:
UAE: 2-3 business days
GCC countries: 3-7 business days
Rest of MENA: 5-10 business days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we offer express shipping options at checkout in selected regions.


Orders


Can I change or cancel my order?


Once your order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment system quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@tenoone.ae within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.

Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes. Our limited collections often launch through pre-order to reduce waste and ensure exclusivity. Estimated delivery times will always be specified on the product page.

Why are you requesting my ID?

Saudi Arabia:
Some countries require you to provide us with your ID number and full name along with expiry date to ensure smooth customs clearance and prompt delivery of your order.

Acceptable documents include your National ID name and number, passport name and number, or your name and number on any government-issued document providing proof of residence in that country.

Please note that the name on the ID card must match the name used for the order.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also support local payment gateways popular in the MENA region for your convenience.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our website uses industry-standard encryption to ensure your data and payments are protected. We do not store your card details.


Returns & Exchanges


What is your return policy?


We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please email info@tenoone.ae with your order number and reason for return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer size exchanges depending on availability. Please reach out to our team to initiate an exchange.

Are returns free?

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.


Aftercare & Product Care

How should I care for my cotton garments?

Our cotton pieces are crafted from premium fabrics. To preserve their longevity:
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
Wash with similar colors
Do not tumble dry - we recommend air drying
Iron inside-out if needed, on low heat

How should I care for my silk mask?

Silk is delicate and should be hand-washed in cold water using a gentle detergent. Air dry flat. Do not wring, tumble dry, or expose to direct sunlight for extended periods.

Do you offer care instructions with each product?

Yes. Each product includes a care label and we encourage you to follow it to maintain the quality of your piece.

What if I damage a product accidentally?

We currently do not offer repair services, but we are happy to advise on the best way to handle fabric issues or stains. Just send us a photo at info@tenoone.ae.
