Our services are currently available to customers in the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, and Lebanon.

Your order will not include any possible customs taxes or duties that your country might impose on packages originating from outside your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges upon delivery. For clarification on rates, please contact your country’s customs office.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process.

Please note that the free shipping and flat rate shipping offers are not applicable for international orders.

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met.

Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

• Product is defective
• Product is not as described
• Product must be unopened
• Product must be in original packaging
• Product must be unused
• Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
